Setting the values in the browser

When you're satisfied with the preview in the Results window, you then need to set the values in the Browser window. This takes the values in the Controls panel, and sets them as the values that will be used to process drawings.

Setting values for entire files

To set entire files for processing using the current Controls settings:

  1. Select the file(s) in the Browser window's list of Levels and Models (see Selecting files and drawings in the Browser).
  1. Choose one of the following from the context-sensitive menu (see The context-sensitive menus):
(To reprocess drawings - which may lose you work - you must select the drawings themselves. See Setting values for drawings below.)

Setting values for drawings

For finer control, you can set the current Controls values for processing only selected drawings within a file:

  1. In the Browser window's list of Levels and Models, select the file containing the drawing(s).
  1. Select the drawing(s) from the list of Drawings.
  1. From the context-sensitive menu, choose Set Region Layer Values, Set Trace Layer Values, or Set All Values - as appropriate.
These set the values for all selected drawings - whether or not they're already processed.
